feel completely confused about what to eat, when to eat, or how to eat
feel the constant need to follow a diet
want to find comfort in your body size/shape
are looking to heal your relationship with food to become a better role model for your kids
feel you have always fought your weight and are seeking body trust and acceptance
are tired of thinking about food all the time
are seeking compassionate, supportive care through eating disorder recovery
I love to talk about all things relationship with food! I value connection, honesty, creativity, and authenticity, and I hope to utilize each of these values in sessions with clients. Outside of work, my two kiddos and dogs keep me busy and on the move all the time, and I love all things baking, sourdough, tex-mex, and reading!
I received both my Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University where I also completed my dietetic internship. Before joining We All Eat, I spent time working at the residential level of care for eating disorder treatment followed by outpatient work before joining We All Eat.
