abby would be a good fit if you...

are looking to heal your relationship with food

things you should know about me

I’m a registered dietitian who values connection, authenticity, and creating a space where clients feel truly supported. I’m naturally outgoing and enjoy building meaningful relationships, whether that’s with clients, colleagues, or my own friends and family.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, walking my dog, and exploring the diverse food scene around Houston—especially searching for the best Mexican restaurants. My background as a competitive athlete in volleyball and tennis sparked my early interest in nutrition and continues to shape my work today.

I feel incredibly grateful that what began as a personal passion has grown into the opportunity to support others in healing their relationship with food and their bodies.

education and community

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Baylor University and my Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from Texas Woman’s University.

I currently practice in an outpatient pediatric setting, where I have experience in managing food allergies, treating malnutrition, and supporting individuals and patients managing nutrition during cancer treatment. This experience has strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, individualized care across a wide range of medical and nutritional needs.
