feel your food habits are out of control, impacting your ability to live a values-aligned life
Growing up, I spent over a decade of my life playing competitive volleyball, which ignited my passion for nutrition. I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, meeting new people, and vulnerable conversations. Outside of work you could find me “nerding out” on space with my husband (who works at NASA), trying out a new recipe, and trying to keep up with our 2 children.
I received a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Baylor University and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from The University of Texas School of Public Health. I am also a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor (CEDS-S) on behalf of the International Associate of Eating Disorder Professionals. I have served as a board member for Houston Eating Disorder Specialists since 2019 and will serve as President for the 2023-2025 term. I am contracted with the Houston Ballet Academy, where I provide education on sports nutrition and injury prevention/recovery. Before opening my practice full time, I spent several years working at higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment.
