feel your food habits are out of control, impacting your ability to live a values-aligned life

things you should know about me

I’m a people person! I love meeting new people and bringing them together. I’m an extrovert at heart and love spending quality time with friends. Others would probably mention my love for fashion, creativity in the kitchen, and that I'm a proud mom of two! I am an Enneagram 2w3, which means I love vulnerable conversations and helping others. On a typical weekend, you can find me being silly with my family, ordering in pizza, or scrolling pinterest to dream up my next home project. Growing up, I spent over a decade of my life playing volleyball, which initially ignited my passion for nutrition.

education and community

I received a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Baylor University and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from The University of Texas School of Public Health. I am also a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor (CEDS-S) on behalf of the International Associate of Eating Disorder Professionals. I have served as a board member for Houston Eating Disorder Specialists since 2019 and will serve as President for the 2023-2025 term. I am contracted with the Houston Ballet Academy, where I provide education on sports nutrition and injury prevention/recovery. Before opening my practice full time, I spent several years working at higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment.
