owner of we all eat

There is SO much information on the internet about what, when and how much to eat... it can be difficult to know what’s best for you! Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, your body actually sends you signals all day regarding what you need! What if I told you eating could be made simple by retapping into bodily cues, trusting yourself with food decisions, and unlearning diet myths? Intuitive Eating (By Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch) and Health at Every Size (R) are pillars of my work as a non-diet dietitian and could absolutely help in healing your relationship with food.

things you should know about me

I’m a people person! I love meeting new people and bringing them together. I’m an extrovert at heart and love spending time with friends at new restaurants or hosting dinner in my home. My friends would probably mention my love for fashion, creativity in the kitchen, and that I'm a new mom! I am an Enneagram 2w3, which means I love vulnerable conversations and helping others. On a typical weekend, you can find me spending time with my husband and son, ordering in pizza, or going on a walk with my puppy dog, Luna. Growing up, I spent over a decade of my life playing volleyball, which initially ignited my passion for nutrition.

education + community

I received a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Baylor University and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from The University of Texas School of Public Health. I am also a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor (CEDS-S) on behalf of the International Associate of Eating Disorder Professionals. I have served as a board member for Houston Eating Disorder Specialists since 2019 and will serve as President for the 2023-2025 term. I am contracted with the Houston Ballet Academy, where I provide education on sports nutrition and injury prevention/recovery. Before opening my practice full time, I spent several years working at higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment.

we'd be a good fit if...

You are a washed-up athlete, mom or young adult who's sick of food controlling your life. You feel uncertain about how to meet your nutritional needs due to conflicting information online. You want to work with a Christian or other religion-affirming provider. You’re ready to eat socially without overthinking it, so you can enjoy being present with others again...then I’m a good fit for you!
